Abstract: | Presents an ansatz, suggested by Ashtekar's reformulation (1986) of general relativity, which exactly solves the field equations with a cosmological constant. These solutions are gravitational instantons, i.e. self-dual Euclidean solutions of the Einstein field equations. |
