Re-entrant nematic phase in a pure compound at atmospheric pressure
Abstract
The re-entrant nematic phase has been observed in pure 4-cyanophenyl-4'-(4’’-n-decyloxybenzoyloxy)benzoate at atmospheric pressure. A brief description is given of the preparation and mesomorphic properties of the compound.
