Abstract

Clarification by Sir C.V. Raman regarding a report which appeared in The Hindu of 17th September. He gives the official version of an agreement which has been reached at a meeting held in the rooms of the Asiatic Society of Bengal between the Academy Committee of the Indian Science Congress Association and representatives of the Indian Academy of Sciences founded at Bangalore.
