| Abstract: | Dr. C.V. Raman in his lecture at theIndian Academy of Sciences said that new concepts in crystal physics recently expounded by him at the Lindau Conference lead to a very simple explanation of the remarkable thermal behaviour which solids exhibit when they are cooled down to near the absolute zero or nadir of temperature. |
