| dc.description.abstract | In the course of radio astronomical observations at Bangalore (13° N latitude). of emission spectra in the mm-wave region of the electromagnetic spectrum. the strong emission line at 110.836 GHz from atmospheric ozone was observed. The present paper shows how using this essentially simple ground-based technique, and a radioative transfer model. Continuous cost-effective measurements of the height-distribution of ozone can be made. | en |
